What was meant to be a moment of double joy for the family has turned into one of the most frightening periods of their lives. The sight of their two newborns lying in the NICU, so tiny and so fragile, is something no parent should have to endure, yet Kalimuthu and Mahalakshmi hold on with all the hope they have.

Doctors at Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (approximately 10 to 14 km from Coimbatore Junction Railway Station), have recommended Bubble CPAP ventilation, surfactant therapy, central line insertion, and full NICU management to give both babies the best chance at life. The estimated cost of treatment is Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakh Only), a sum far beyond what the family can arrange.

Kalimuthu works hard every day to support his family, while Mahalakshmi manages the home. With two newborns in critical care and medical bills mounting, the family finds itself in a situation it never imagined. Yet, they have not given up. With the right support and timely care, these two tiny fighters can be given the chance to grow, thrive, and live the lives they deserve.
