Thirteen-year-old Tanishka from Karjat, Maharashtra, was once a bright and cheerful child, full of life and energy. But everything changed the day she suddenly fainted at school while playing. What seemed like a minor incident turned into a nightmare. Just two days later, a sonography revealed the devastating truth — Tanishka has been diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, with a large Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) of 32mm, causing abnormal blood flow in her heart.
