For Kallayya and Rupa Pujar, watching their son struggle to do something as basic as walking has been heartbreaking. Doctors at Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Bengaluru (1 km from Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station), have advised Bilateral Tendo Achilles Lengthening Surgery along with stretch casting to help correct his condition. The estimated cost of this treatment is Rs. 1,50,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), an amount the family is finding extremely difficult to arrange

With a modest income and a family of four to support, Kallayya and Rupa are struggling to put together the funds needed for their son's treatment.
