Even before Pravi was born, doctors had warned the family that his chances of survival were slim. When he arrived and held on, they felt their prayers had been answered. But the happiness lasted only a day. Pravi’s mother passed away due to complications after delivery, leaving Vikrant devastated, and Pravi too young to ever remember her.

Having already undergone a PA Band procedure, Pravi now needs another major heart surgery. Doctors at Fortis Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra (approximately 1.4km from Nahur Railway Station), have advised Redo Sternotomy with Bilateral Glenn Shunt, which will cost an estimated Rs. 3,34,000 (Rupees Three Lakh Thirty-Four Thousand Only).

Vikrant’s earnings are limited and change from month to month, yet they have to support a family of five that includes Pravi’s grandparents and Vikrant’s younger brother. Arranging such a large amount is simply not possible for them. They have already faced so much loss and hardship, yet they are determined to do everything possible for Pravi. With timely support, he can get the chance to heal and grow up in the arms of his family.
