Northern India is facing one of its harshest floods in recent memory. Entire villages have been submerged, families displaced overnight, and fertile farmland turned into endless stretches of water. In Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi,Haryana and other parts of the region, children, mothers, and elders are struggling to survive without food, shelter, or medical care.
Homes have been washed away. Crops that sustained families for generations are gone. Schools have turned into makeshift relief camps. Himachal Pradesh is reeling under a severe drinking water crisis, leaving families desperate for safe water to survive. For thousands of families, life as they knew it had been drowned under the rising waters. Together, we must respond to both these emergencies with urgency and compassion.
At Child Help Foundation, we are standing with the people of the North East in this hour of crisis. Through our emergency flood relief initiative, we are working to deliver meals, dry ration kits, clean drinking water, and temporary shelter to those who have lost everything. We are also distributing hygiene kits, sanitary pads, and essential medicines to prevent the spread of waterborne diseases.
But we cannot do this alone. The need is immense, and time is critical. This is where your compassion can make all the difference.
Please donate now and be the lifeline for families. Together, we can turn despair into hope.
