For Sinoob and Rajisha, watching their little boy struggle to breathe has been an ongoing nightmare. Doctors at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, Keralam (1 to 3 km from Edappally Railway Station), have recommended Craniofacial procedures B, along with Craniofacial major procedures with implants, involving 1.7 × 4 mm bone screws (12, Stryker), to help correct Nilay's condition and give him a chance at healthy growth. The estimated cost of treatment is Rs. 3,03,000 (Rupees Three Lakh Three Thousand Only).

Sinoob's income is barely enough to run a household of seven, let alone cover a medical bill of this scale. Every passing day adds to the family's anxiety as they try to find a way to give Nilay the treatment he urgently needs.
