Two-year-old Aathiran from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, was a cheerful little boy who loved to play and laugh all day. One day, he developed a high fever that would not subside. His parents, Sathish and Dhivya, took him to a nearby hospital, hoping for a simple cure. However, after a series of tests, their worst fears came true: Aathiran was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, a severe form of blood cancer.
