At just two years old, Maria R from Palakkad, Keralam, was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy with dorsolumbar scoliosis and fixed pelvic obliquity. What followed was a childhood marked by surgeries, hospital visits, and countless challenges. Today, at the age of 10, Maria has already undergone four major surgeries. She walks with the help of a walker, yet continues to face each day with remarkable courage and determination.
