Doctors at Medicover Woman & Child Hospital, Hyderabad, Telangana (2km from Hi-Tech City Railway Station), have advised intensive NICU care for 35 days to stabilise their condition and give them a fair chance at survival and healthy development. Every hour in the NICU is critical. The cost of this life-saving care amounts to Rs. 12,00,000 (Rupees Twelve Lakh Only), a sum that feels overwhelming for the family.

Their father, B Raghavender, works as a security guard, earning a modest income that just covers the household expenses. The family of four lives in a rented house and is already burdened with debts. Ramadevi, still recovering from childbirth, remains anxious yet hopeful beside her newborns.

Though tiny and vulnerable, these twins are showing remarkable strength. With proper medical care and timely support, their story can transform from uncertainty to hope, from fragile beginnings to a future filled with promise.
