Just nine days into the world, the twin baby boys of Neha Mangla from Delhi are already facing a battle far greater than their tiny lives should hold. Born prematurely, both babies are struggling with low birth weight, respiratory distress, and breathing distress on non-invasive ventilation. The weight of twin I is 1.06 kg and that of twin II is 1.33 kg. Instead of being in the comfort of their home, they are surrounded by machines and monitors.
