Twelve-year-old Shubhangi Mote from Solapur, Maharashtra, has spent her life with a silent struggle — a hole in her heart. Diagnosed at just six months old, doctors warned that she would need surgery by the time she turned 12. That time is now.

Shubhangi is currently admitted to Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre, Mumbai,(2.3 km from Byculla Railway Station) where doctors have advised an urgent ASD surgical closure to save her life. The cost of this critical procedure is Rs. 2,50,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), a sum her family simply cannot afford.

Her father, Shahaji Mote, is a farmer and the sole breadwinner for a family of five. Despite their limited income, Shahaji and his wife, Kamal, are doing everything in their power to fight for their daughter’s life, but they need help.

Shubhangi is a bright, brave young girl with dreams far bigger than her heart condition. Your support can give her the gift of life — a chance to run, play, learn, and simply be a child again.
