Three-year-old Satvikyya Pujar, from Dharwad, Karnataka, has been diagnosed with a condition called bilateral idiopathic toe walker. In simple terms, Satvikyya walks only on his toes instead of placing his feet flat on the ground, a condition that has slowly made walking harder and more painful for him with each passing day.

For Kallayya and Rupa Pujar, watching their son struggle to do something as basic as walking has been heartbreaking. The couple has two children, Satvikyya and his elder sister, and the family's worry has only grown as his condition has affected his daily life. Simple things like walking, playing and even going to school have become a challenge for him, and the family has had to put much of their focus on taking care of him.

Doctors at Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Bengaluru (1 km from Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station), have advised Bilateral Tendo Achilles Lengthening Surgery along with stretch casting to help correct his condition. The estimated cost of this treatment is Rs. 1,50,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), an amount the family is finding extremely difficult to arrange

With a modest income and a family of four to support, Kallayya and Rupa are struggling to put together the funds needed for their son's treatment. Despite the financial strain, they have not given up hope. With the right support, Satvikyya can finally take those steady steps he has been longing for and walk into a future full of possibilities.
