“I was at a loss for words when the doctor told me that my Sanvi is suffering from a kind of cancer. I was in denial, I wished that it was a dream that I would wake up from but sadly it wasn’t. It was reality and now I have to save my daughter somehow.”

Sanvi was at her school in Dharwad, Karnataka when she suddenly vomited. Upon taking her to the doctor, her parents were told to do an MRI Scan. The results showed that she had a tumour in her brain and she was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma.

Today, she suffers from intense vomiting and low appetite. Five minutes of play with her friends leaves her gasping for air. Doctors at HCG Hospital (3.9 km from Bengaluru Railway Station) in Bengaluru, Karnataka have said that she needs 8 cycles of chemotherapy costing Rs.6,30,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh Thirty Thousand Only).

Manjunath and his family of five live in a rented house with a monthly rent of Rs 3,000/-. He has gotten help from his relatives but it still is not enough. You are the only hope left.
