A month ago, during a health camp by Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre (1.4km from Byculla Railway Station) at Hingoli, Maharashtra, Saloni Pawar was diagnosed with a heart condition, Atrial Septal Defect (ASD). Until then, her family had no idea something so serious was affecting their daughter. The doctors explained that Saloni needs an ASD surgical closure to survive and lead a healthy life.
