Sai Vignesh, a five-year-old boy from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, who has been diagnosed with Lt Testis. His disease has made it difficult for him to urinate, causing severe discomfort as his urethra (opening through which urine leaves the body) is on the wrong side and will have to be surgically replaced. Although he has already undergone one surgery, he still needs to go through another.
