Piyush Wake, a 12-year-old boy living in Wardha district of Maharashtra, has been diagnosed with Wilson’s Disease and Decompensated with Chronic Liver Disease. Piyush dreams of alleviating his family’s poverty by becoming an engineer, but his dreams will go unfulfilled if he doesn’t get his cure.

Piyush’s stomach is accumulated with water and swelling appears on his legs as well, causing misery in his life.

According to the doctors at Maharashtra’s Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital (20.8 km from Mumbai Central Railway Station), Piyush can only be saved through a liver transplant worth Rs 16,50,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).

Piyush’s father, Vijay, is a farmer who earns scanty income. He is the sole breadwinner in his family of four. He has exhausted his savings and has nothing left to spare.
