Piyush Wake, a 12-year-old boy living in Wardha district of Maharashtra, has been diagnosed with Wilson’s Disease and Decompensated with Chronic Liver Disease. Piyush dreams of alleviating his family’s poverty by becoming an engineer, but his dreams will go unfulfilled if he doesn’t get his cure.

Piyush’s stomach is accumulated with water and swelling appears on his legs as well, causing misery in his life.
