As she has grown older, managing her condition has become increasingly difficult, affecting her daily life and confidence. Despite this, Nowsira continues to show quiet strength, facing each day with courage beyond her years. Doctors at Aster Medcity, Kochi, Kerala (7.6 km from Ernakulam North Railway Station), have now advised Anorectal Malformation Correction (Level 2) along with a laparoscopic paediatric procedure, offering hope for a more stable and healthier future.

Nowsira’s mother, Nafeesathul, is a homemaker, and her father is the sole earner for the family, working at a footwear godown and earning a limited income. Supporting a family of five while already burdened with debt has made it extremely difficult to arrange the Rs. 4,80,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Eighty Thousand Only) required for her treatment.
