Fifteen-year-old Nakka Naresh, son of Nakka Srinivasulu and Nakka Sugunamma from Mahabubnagar, Telangana, has been battling a serious heart condition since he was very young. Diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, doctors now say he urgently needs another surgery to correct the complications affecting his heart.

For Srinivasulu and Sugunamma, every day brings a mix of hope and fear. Naresh has already faced more medical struggles than most children his age, and watching him grow weak again, with fever and vomiting making it hard for him to eat or rest, has left the family anxious and heartbroken. They just want to see their son smile and play like any other boy his age.

Doctors at Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Hospital, Hyderabad (about 8 to 9 km from Hyderabad Deccan Railway Station, Nampally), have advised a Redo Sternotomy along with VSD Surgical closure and RVOTO relief to help stabilise his heart condition. The estimated cost of this treatment is Rs. 5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakh Only).

Srinivasulu earns a modest daily income, barely enough to run the household, while Sugunamma stays home to care for Naresh through his illness. All they ask for now is a chance, one more chance for him to grow up healthy and strong.
