After experiencing persistent health issues, Mansha was taken for medical evaluation, where doctors confirmed the presence of multiple brain tumors. She is currently under medical care at Panacea Hospital, Dehradun, where specialists have advised urgent surgery as the only way to save her life and prevent further complications.

Her mother is the sole caregiver and breadwinner of the family. She works at a local beauty parlour, earning a daily wage that is barely enough to manage food, rent, and basic necessities. With no financial support and another child to care for, arranging ₹7,00,000 for Mansha’s treatment has become an overwhelming challenge.

Despite the hardship, Mansha’s mother refuses to give up. She dreams of a day when her daughter can go to school, live without seizures, and experience the childhood she has been denied for so long.
