Eight-year-old Harshad Tabale was once an active child who loved playing outdoors. A few months ago, he developed a persistent cough that refused to go away. His parents, Madhav and Usha, took him to a local clinic, hoping it was a minor illness. However, further tests revealed something far more serious. Harshad was diagnosed with a Ventricular Septal Defect, a condition where a hole exists between the heart’s lower chambers, making it difficult for the body to get enough oxygen.
