Four-year-old Hananya from Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh, is a cheerful and courageous girl who has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, a type of blood cancer. Her journey began with persistent fever and vomiting, which led to hospital tests and a devastating diagnosis.
