From the day she was born, little Driya R., just two years old from Tumkur, Karnataka, has been quietly living with a condition she never chose. Diagnosed at birth with Bilateral Developmental Hip Dysplasia, Driya’s early days were marked not by carefree movement, but by discomfort and limited mobility. While other children her age take confident steps, Driya struggles to stand and walk without pain.
Driya has been discharged from the hospital following the successful completion of the first part of her two-part surgical procedure.Her second surgery is tentatively planned to take place in one month.
