Barupati Sudheeksha, a sweet 1-year-9-month-old baby girl from Hyderabad, Telangana, recently began experiencing severe stomach pain and troubling symptoms. Concerned, her parents rushed her to the hospital. After a series of tests and consultations, they received a devastating diagnosis: Sudheeksha has Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).

Doctors at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Hyderabad, have recommended an urgent Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, the only treatment that can save her life and give her a chance to grow up healthy and happy. However, the cost of this life-saving procedure is Rs 14,00,000 (Fourteen Lakh Rupees Only), an amount far beyond her family’s means. Cyanotic Congenital Heart Disease (Tetralogy of Fallot), a serious heart defect present from birth that prevents blood from carrying enough oxygen, often giving children a bluish tinge.

Her father, Barupati Rajesh, works tirelessly as a delivery boy and is the sole breadwinner for a family of five, while her mother, Reshma, manages the home. Despite taking loans, selling their gold, and seeking help from friends and relatives, they are still unable to gather the full amount.
