Sixteen-year-old B. Manisha from Turmamidi, Telangana, was alone at home when she tried to make tea for herself. As she was making the tea, her scarf, made of synthetic fabric, caught fire and spread to the dress(semi-synthetic) she was wearing, causing her to suffer 77% TSBA second-degree burns .
