A few months ago, 11-year-old Ananya Modak from Pune, Maharashtra, began fainting without warning. At first, her family hoped it was due to weakness or exhaustion, but when the episodes became frequent, they rushed her to the hospital. After a series of medical tests, doctors delivered the shocking diagnosis: Ananya was suffering from a complex heart disease.
