Aarav Gupta, a six-year-old boy from Thane, Maharashtra, has been diagnosed with a rare and complex heart condition called Single Ventricle, where his heart has only one properly functioning pumping chamber instead of two. He also has Pulmonary Stenosis, a narrowing that restricts blood flow to his lungs, along with a large hole in his heart known as a Ventricular Septal Defect.

For Anujkumar and Pooja, watching their son go through this journey has not been easy. With a younger child at home too, the couple is trying to divide their attention and energy between caring for Aarav and their other little one. Aarav has not been keeping well lately, and the family is doing everything they can to get him the care he needs as soon as possible.

Doctors at Fortis Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra (about 1.5 to 2 km from Nahur Railway Station), have recommended the Fontan Operation as the next step in Aarav's treatment. The estimated cost of the surgery is Rs. 4,09,000 (Rupees Four Lakh Nine Thousand Only).

Anujkumar works hard to support his family, but his income is modest and barely enough to cover their daily needs, let alone a surgery of this scale. With a family of four to look after, arranging such a large sum feels like an uphill task for them right now. Yet they have not lost hope, and with some support, Aarav can get the surgery he needs and finally get the chance to live a healthy, normal childhood.
