Eight-year-old Harshad Tabale was once an active child who loved playing outdoors. A few months ago, he developed a persistent cough that refused to go away. His parents, Madhav and Usha, took him to a local clinic, hoping it was a minor illness. However, further tests revealed something far more serious. Harshad was diagnosed with a Ventricular Septal Defect, a condition where a hole exists between the heart’s lower chambers, making it difficult for the body to get enough oxygen.“It has been months of travelling from one doctor to another. Watching my son struggle to breathe breaks me from within. Harshad is a brave boy, but he cannot fight this alone. We need help.”
