Hala Hamza is a one-year-old baby girl from Malappuram, Kerala. When she was just one month old, she developed a high fever and seizures and was rushed to the hospital. After extensive medical investigations, doctors diagnosed her with Global Developmental Delay and Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, along with severe lung complications, including diffuse lung parenchymal changes, bilateral mosaic attenuation, and collapse consolidation of the right and left lower lobes.“Hala is my whole world. Watching her suffer and knowing I cannot afford her treatment breaks me every day. I pray that kind hearts will help us give her a future.”
