Born with a rare condition called Gross Hydrocephalus, Baby of Arti Kumari from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, has never known the comfort of a healthy life. From the very moment of her birth, her head appeared larger than normal, and she showed signs of discomfort. After consulting doctors, they were given the heartbreaking news that she would need urgent surgery to survive.
