For Nikitha and Panyala, the days since their daughter's birth have been filled with fear and uncertainty. Instead of celebrating the arrival of their first child, they find themselves constantly by her side at the hospital, hoping and praying that their little girl gets stronger with each passing day.

Doctors at Medicover Woman & Child Hospitals, Hyderabad, Telangana (about 3 km from Borabanda Railway Station), have advised that the baby will need to stay in the NICU for 30 days to receive the specialised care she needs. The estimated cost of this treatment is Rs. 11,35,000 (Rupees Eleven Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Only), an amount well beyond what the family can manage on their own.

Panyala Kumar works at a hospital to support the family, while Nikitha takes care of their home. Together, they are finding it difficult to arrange such a large amount for their daughter's treatment. With their only child's life hanging in the balance, the family continues to hope that she gets the care she needs to come home safe and healthy.
