Since the day he was born, Abhinav Gugloth, a four-year-old boy from Medak, Telangana, has been living with severe pulmonary stenosis. This serious heart condition has made even the simplest childhood activities difficult. While other children his age run and play without a care, Abhinav often struggles with fatigue and requires constant medical attention.
