A Little Life, A Big Fight: Rigveda’s Journey Towards Recovery

“Our little girl was only suffering from what we thought was a viral fever, and we never imagined it would become so serious. Seeing her struggle to breathe is heartbreaking for us. We are trying everything possible to keep her treatment going, but the expenses have become very difficult to manage. We only want our daughter to come home healthy and have the chance to grow up like any other child.”

Rahul ;(Father)

A few months ago, Rigveda Rahul, a one-year-old girl from Erumeli South Kottayam, Keralam, developed what appeared to be a viral fever. Her parents hoped she would soon recover, but her condition gradually became more serious when she began experiencing severe breathing difficulties. Concerned by her worsening health, they rushed her for medical tests, which revealed that the infection had progressed into severe Mycoplasma pneumonia, complicated by acute respiratory distress syndrome and respiratory failure.
