Purvi Kadyapgol, a bright and bubbly 3-year-old girl from Rajarampuri in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, has recently been diagnosed with a severe form of blood cancer: B- Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This devastating news came to her family in October 2023 when her platelet count was found to be critically low.

Purvi lives with her loving family in a joint household consisting of her parents, Amit and Surekha, her brother, and her grandparents. Amit, the sole breadwinner, works tirelessly as a daily wage laborer to support them. Despite his hard work, the cost of Purvi's life-saving treatment at Dr. Bafna’s Star Super Speciality Clinic & Hospital in Kolhapur is far beyond their financial reach. The treatment is estimated to cost Rs. 4,25,000 (Rupees Four lakh twenty-five thousand only).
