Let's Rebuild Nagaland! People Need Help

After the disaster in the South- Kerala, there is another flood-hit in North-east that has trapped the state of Nagaland. Around 13 percent of the population has affected due to the natural disaster in Nagaland.48,821 families, 532 villages, and 300 acres of the agricultural sector have also been affected which created a terrible situation.

Till date, 12 people have died, 50,000 people are injured and over 3,000 people are displaced. 557 roadways are in worsened condition due to landslides and people don't even have the basic necessity for survival.

The state capital Kohima and the districts of Tuensang, Kiphire, and Phek had been severely affected. The three districts of Tuensang, Kiphire, and Phek were cut off from the rest of the state for about 20 days due to the continuous rains.

The Indian Air Force has started air-dropping essential materials in the worst-hit Peren, Noksen, Noklak, Tobu, Phokhungri, Wuzu, Pongro, and Seyochurig in all remote and isolated locations on the Myanmar border.
