Help Krishna for his Chemotherapy Treatment

"Maa, will nurse again give me a painful injection," his words broke my heart and I promised him that this time it would be better but, with every passing day he is suffering more and he is not able to bear the pain. My son Krishna is just 2 years old, everything was on a proper track until his bedtime stories became his worst nightmare. He was always caught by fever and illness which further lead to loss of hunger and weakness.

When our pediatric diagnosed his symptoms, the result just ruined our life. Krishna was suffering from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia which is a type of Blood Cancer, we could not accept the fact that our little Krishna has been diagnosed with something as deadly as cancer. From that point, our life had taken a different turn. We have been in and out of the hospital for our son’s treatment.

I constantly stayed with Krishna's during his health checkup. My husband spends more time working on a farm to accumulate money for our son's treatment and spent sleepless nights in the hospital corridors. The cost estimated by the doctor for Krishna's treatment is Rs. 7, 00,000/- (Seven Lakhs Only) for Chemotherapy and supportive treatment at Christian Medical College, Vellore.

I try to be strong in front of my son but often break down whenever injection is injected into his veins. I feel completely lost. Day-by-day, he is getting too weak to even sit up and play.
