	Our son, Master Jeevan Rajashekhar, is a seven year old boy who has been diagnosed with “Medulloblastoma” After the successful completion of 33 Fractions of Tomotherapy along with PET CT, MRI and cast, Dr Sreedhar (Radio Oncologist) advised the patient to undergo an additional 7 cycles of chemotherapies. I (Jeevan’s father) am a Farmer and have no fixed employment or income, and my wife (Sushma) is a house wife. I am the only earning member supporting the family. Me and my wife are both very worried about our son’s critical illness and want our child to recover soon. We require your prayers and generous support for our son’s treatment and early recovery.

Master Jeevan Rajashekhar is a seven year old boy. This child is diagnosed with a “Medulloblastoma” which is a type of Brain cancer After the successful completion of 33 Fractions of Tomotherapy along with PET CT, MRI and cast, Dr Sreedhar (Radio Oncologist) advised the patient to undergo an additional 7 cycles of chemotherapies. Currently Jeevan is under treatment at the H.C.G Hospital in Bengaluru (Karnataka).

He has to undergo an additional 7 cycles of chemotherapies and extensive supportive treatment.

Child Help Foundation’s commitment towards the treatment expense is 4,40,120/-

Mr. Raghunatha Naidu (Jeevan’s father) is a farmer and Jeevan’s mother Sushma is a house wife. He is the only earning member in the family comprising of 6 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. The prolonged and expensive treatment is unaffordable for Jeevan’s parents and that is when CHF steps in. We ensure that the chances of underprivileged children falling victim to cancer are reduced. It is only due to the generosity of conscientious donors like you that we can save these lives.
