At just three years old, little Thansi’s life has already been marked by unimaginable struggles. What began with relentless vomiting and severe diarrhea soon spiraled into something far more terrifying. Despite her parents' best efforts, including visits to a local doctor, the symptoms never eased. After being admitted to the hospital, it was revealed that Thansi has a Type lV A Choledochal Cyst.

As the days passed, Thansi’s condition grew more critical. Desperate for answers, her parents turned to Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai, Maharastra (2.1 km from Nerul Railway Station) where doctors recommended urgent surgery to give her a chance at leading a better life. The surgery she needs costs Rs. 6,22,200/- (Rupees Six Lakh Twenty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Only), an amount far beyond what her family can afford.

Darshan, a driver and the sole breadwinner of his family, has exhausted every option to support his daughter’s treatment. He’s taken out loans, fallen into debt, and worked tirelessly to keep hope alive. Ashwini, Thansi’s mother, cares for her daughter with unwavering love while managing the household with all the strength she can muster. But despite their unyielding efforts, the family's resources are stretched thin, and they fear they may not be able to provide the life-saving surgery Thansi needs.
