Shreevardhan Naik from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, a happygoing child today is suffering because of a terrible disease. He is just 9 years old, an age where he is supposed to enjoy his childhood to the fullest but destiny has other plans.

For the last 3 years, he has been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma - a type of cancer. In these 3 years, he has been going on errands for Chemotherapy sessions. Now, the doctors of Kolhapur Cancer Centre, Maharashtra have suggested Autologous Bone Marrow Transplant and Supportive care. The estimated cost for the treatment is Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only)

His parents, Sachin Naik and Vidya Naik, work as farmers with a meagre income. Living in a joint family, they have to cater for the household needs and also their son’s treatment.
