One day he started to have a respiratory problem and lost his control on the breathing process. His parents rushed and admitted Shankar in the hospital, the doctor diagnosed him and concluded that he is suffering from the Congenital Heart Disease. By hearing the statement Shevantabai, Shankar's Mother collapsed on the floor and lost all the hope towards a positive life. The MVR treatment is suggested by the doctor and had estimated the cost of Rs. 2, 60, 000/- (Two Lakh Sixty Thousand Only) for the treatment.

Rajendra Nale is a driver and carries very meager income. Shevantabai does small household work and works in farms to support her family. They are unable to understand what treatment their son is undergoing congenital heart disease. But what they all believe is to see him happy and healthy.
