Shabudheen Sha, a brave 10-year-old boy, has been battling Complex Congenital Heart Disease since he was just one year old. His father, the Late Shihabudheen, passed away, leaving his mother, Hajara, to care for their family of five. With no stable income, and relying on the meagre earnings of one of her sons, Hajara has struggled to make ends meet.

For nine long years, Shabudheen Sha has endured countless tests and treatments. The doctors at Aster MIMS Hospital, Kozhikode, Kerala (3.1 km from Kozhikode Railway Station) now say that he urgently needs Complex Open-Heart Surgery to survive. This life-saving surgery costs Rs. 8,50,000 (Rupees Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand Only). A sum that Hajara could not even afford. Living in a rented house and drowning in debt, she has already borrowed money from loved ones, but it’s not enough.
