In the heart of Nizamabad, Telangana resides a young boy of 11 months, Rithwik. What at first appears an ordinary child is anything but. Rithwik has a hole in his heart and he needs immediate treatment.

According to the doctors at Telangana’s Care Hospital (5 km from Hyderabad Deccan Railway Station), he needs ASD Surgical Closure which will cost Rs. 4,00,000/-(Rupees Four Lakh Only).

Gnaneshwar works as a farmer and lives with a family of six. He has exhausted his personal savings and has nothing left to spare.
