"When Reshma's illness surfaced, it felt like everything was crumbling around us. Our family, once full of laughter and dreams, was now drowning in a sea of helplessness and despair. The weight of uncertainty pressed down on us heavily, leaving us feeling powerless and lost."

Reshma is a 15-year-old girl, who lives in Kozhikode, Kerala with her family. Recently she was diagnosed with Localized Eving Sarcoma, a condition causing intense pain and swelling.

The medical experts at Kerala's Aster MIMS Hospital (3 km from Calicut Railway Station) have determined that Reshma urgently requires Neoadjuvant chemotherapy, followed by surgical tumour removal and adjuvant chemotherapy. However, this crucial treatment comes at a substantial cost of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only).

Reshma’s father, Ramesh, supports their family of six as a labourer, earning Rs. 600 per day. Despite his tireless efforts, his income barely covers their daily necessities. He has already borrowed extensively from friends and relatives in a desperate attempt to gather funds for Reshma's treatment, but the amount required remains beyond his means.
