Pavan Sandesh is a 15-year-old boy, who lives in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh with his parents. Over the past two months, he has battled recurring fevers and debilitating body pain. Rushed to the hospital by his concerned parents, Pavan was diagnosed with a Complex Heart Disease.

According to doctors at Hyderabad’s Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (10 Kilometers from Hyderabad Railway Station), Pavan needs to undergo Coarctation of Aorta Stenting. This life-saving intervention comes at a steep cost of Rs. 4,50,000/- (Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Rupees).

Pavan’s father, Rajkumar, toils as a watchman, grappling with a modest income that barely sustains his family of four in the face of substantial living expenses and rental obligations. The burden of Pavan’s medical expenses has already drained Rajkumar's savings, leaving the family under a financial strain.
