Nashra is a 10 year old girl from Nandurbar, studying in std.3rd. Her father, Mr. Nazim Shaikh works as a labourer and her mother, Mrs. Anjum Aara is a housewife. Nashra is the eldest among her twin sisters, Zulera and Mariyam.
At the age of 3months, Nashra suffered from high fever, cold and cough. Her body started turning yellowish. Concerned about her health, she was immediately rushed to the hospital and admitted. Doctors suggested blood test, through which it was observed that her Hemoglobin level had dropped drastically. She was immediately taken for other medical tests. Her test reports showed that Nashra was suffering from thalassemia Major. Since then she needs blood transfusion every month.
Currently, Nashra is been treated at Kolkilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai. She needs an urgent Bone marrow transplant. The estimated cost of her treatment is Rs. 10,50,000/- (Rupees Ten lakh fifty thousand only.) Mariyan, Nashra’s younger sister is her bone marrow donor.

Nashra will be going for blood transfusion on 30th sept she will be having blood transfusion. She will be visiting hospital i the 1st week of october for check up after which her date for BMT will be decided.
Nashra will be going to hospital on 15th september for her check up after which she will be given a date for her BMT treatment.
Nashra is currently on medications. She will be admitted to hospital on 1st week of October, 2021
