my son’s treatment forced me to quit my job. But now I am penniless
and have no way to bear the expense of my son’s treatment. How
would I be able to save my son?”-
For over a year, comfort and peace have become a distant stranger for
the three-year-old Maihir. He has been diagnosed with
Hepatoblastoma Pretext IV, a disease which causes the growth of a
tumour in the liver.
It fills the heart of Akatrul with dread and sorrow to see his son in such a
precarious situation. He had to frequently travel to take care of his son,
making it impossible for him to carry on with his work. Now, he has
travelled thousands of kilometres away from his home in West Bengal
to Mumbai for his son's treatment.
Maihir has been confined to the room of Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai,
Maharashtra. According to the doctors, Maihir needs to undergo a liver
transplant, which would cost Rs 16,50,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Fifty
Thousand Only).
Having no source of income, Akatrul relies on the kindness of his loved
ones to manage his daily expenses. But, he needs your love to fund his
son’s treatment.
