Kajal is an 11-year-old girl from Nashik, Maharashtra. Her father Mr. Suresh works as a daily
wage labourer and earns Rs. 400 per day. He is the sole breadwinner in the family of six. The
family had always lived a tough life, but it got worse when they learned about kajal’s rare knee
condition called Bilateral Habitual Dislocation Patella. Kajal was eight years old when she was
diagnosed with it and since then, every day for her and the entire Chavan family has been full of
distress, heavy tears, and hopelessness. The doctors at Ashoka Medicover Hospital, Nashik, Maharashtra have proposed a Bilateral epiphysiodesis distal femur and soft tissue construction
of knee joint medical procedure for Kajal but it is worth Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only).
Being a daily wage labourer, Mr. Suresh fails to arrange this huge amount. They are waiting for
divine intervention to help them out of these miserable times. Kajal spends every moment of her
life in pain and distress. She deserves to live a pain free life. Please help her.
