“I don’t know how it came to this, a few months ago my son was hale and hearty. And now, we are fearing for his very life. My son cries out in pain, looking at his father for help, but how can I save him from this pain, when I am powerless myself?”-

A few months ago, Jervin H. was a fun-loving child, just like you would expect any seven-year-old to be. However, since the last month, his life has been completely turned upside down. He has been diagnosed with ‘Moderate size OS ASD’, or in simple terms, he has a hole in his heart.

The doctors at MIOT International in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have said that he needs to undergo Elective ASD closure surgery, along with an ICU stay. The estimated cost of the treatment is Rs.2,10,000/-( Rupees Two Lakh Ten Thousand Only). This came as a huge blow to his parents, Henry Peter and Denis Mary, who survive on Henry’s daily wage.

Till now, they have managed the expenses by borrowing from loved ones. But it hasn’t been enough. Only love and kindness can save Jervin. Please donate with an open heart for Jervin’s treatment.
