Due to congenital heart disease, 2-year-old Hemant is battling with his life.
It all started within a month after the Hemant's birth. The diagnosis report burst all their happiness. Hemant was diagnosed with congenital heart disease. The doctor concluded that Hemant needs to undergo S/P BDGS+LPS plasty+ MPA ligation, S/P LPA stenting, LPA Stent treatment for his healthy living.
Hemant parents don't understand the term which was put forward by the doctor, all they want is to save their son from this dreadful disease. The cost estimated by the doctor is Rs. 70, 000/- (Seventy Thousand Only). And a tentative date for his surgery is 20th March 2019.
Buried in debt, this driver has no way to afford the only cure for his child's treatment.
Vijaykumar Naik (Father) is a driver by profession and only the sole breadwinner of his family. He has already spent Rs. 1,00,000/- for his son medical diagnosis and on the previous treatment. Each month he needs to pay Rs.2,500/- for the rent of his house. Till date, he has liquidated all his savings and also borrowed the amount from his friends and family. Chandra Naik (Mother) as a housewife wants to support his husband, but the whole day she needs to take care of Hemant. Despite their unstable financial condition, Vijaykumar and Chandra did everything in their power to continue their son's treatment, but the cost of it is unimaginable for these poor parents.
