Gayatri was just three months old when her family learned the devastating news that she was suffering from Heart Disease. Frequent fevers and weakness became part of her young life. Her mother, Laxmi, a farm labourer, struggled to provide the necessary care but could not afford the treatment Gayatri desperately needed.

Now 12 years old, Gayatri's condition has worsened. She has missed school for months due to the increasing strain on her health. Her father, Madhukar, passed away, leaving Laxmi as the sole provider for their family of five. With a meagre income, Laxmi can barely afford two meals a day, let alone the expensive treatment required for her daughter’s survival.
